FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: composition for preparation of butter biscuit is intended for use in food industry. Composition contains prime grade sunflower flour with the fat content of 10 %, prime grade wheat flour, sugar powder, butter, melange, whole milk condensed with sugar, honey, baking soda, vanilla powder, carbon-ammonium salt and cocoa powder at a specified ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance nutritive value of the obtained product and expand the range of enriched flour confectionery products.
