SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to organ transplantation and clinical laboratory diagnostics. 3-4 weeks after liver transplantation, concentration of transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1) is measured in ng/ml in children's blood plasma. Then, daily tacrolimus dose for a child with weight from 5 to 15 kg is calculated by formula: D = 2.273-0.465×Lg F, where D - daily tacrolimus dose, mg; F - concentration of TGF-1β in blood serum, ng/ml.

EFFECT: using the given method enables the individual selecting concentration of immunosuppressant (Tacrolimus) one month after liver transplantation.
