FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organ transplantation and clinical laboratory diagnostics, and can be used to predict acute cellular rejection of a transplanted heart. Before transplantation, the expression level of microRNA-101 is determined in the patient's venous blood plasma according to the following formula E=log2(2-(Ct1-Ct2)). If the E value is less than -9.73, the development of acute cellular graft rejection is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of non-invasive reliable preoperative prediction of acute cellular rejection of the transplanted heart; reduction in the frequency of invasive diagnostic interventions after transplantation; expanding the possibilities of a personalized approach to the tactics of post-transplant management of heart recipients; the possibility of planning and early correction of the immunosuppressive therapy regimen in high-risk patients; improving the clinical results of transplantation due to preoperative determination of the level of microRNA-101 expression in the venous blood plasma of heart recipients.
