SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing and generation of image data. Method for imaging an object comprises: capturing a digital image, obtaining additional information elements from the electronic memory, each of which corresponds to a preset object, imaging at least one additional information element with overlaying on the digital image; image data of the corresponding objects is stored in the electronic memory, at least one object in each selected frame of the captured image is being detected and identified, at least one element of additional information in close proximity to the corresponding object on the captured image is being imaged, if the object detected and identified on the previous selected frames is not detected on the next selected frames for previously preset time period, absence of an object on a captured image is being determined and output of additional information associated with the object is being stopped.

EFFECT: technical result is identifying an object on the captured image and high accuracy of localizing an imaged object.
