SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology and neurosurgery. Before beginning of treatment clinical examination is carried out with estimation of neurological status, followed by clinical-endoscopic diagnostics with evaluation of manifestation of cerebral substance variation and position of its median structures, venous blood sampling to determine nerve cells adhesion molecules C concentration by enzyme immunoassay analysis. Obtained results are analyzed and each characteristics, detected in patient, is valued with points. Total score of gained points is performed. If total score is 7-9 drug-induced therapy is prescribed. If total score is 10-15 integrated treatment is carried out, including contact laser exposure at sinocarotid area and pharmacological neuroprotection by intranasal electrophoresis. If total score is 16 and more surgical treatment is carried out.

EFFECT: method allows to personalize treatment method choice, adequate to cerebral injury severity, increase its efficiency and improve clinical results of craniocereberal injury treatment by assessing complex of most significant diagnostic criteria.
