FIELD: medicine, neurosurgery, neurology. SUBSTANCE: method involves intravenous administration of dopamine in the dose 2.0-5.0 mcg/kg/min by drops for the first 3-5 days after trauma. Dehydration therapy is carried out from 3-5-th days on background of continuous infusion of dopamine by administration of mannitol in the dose 0.5 g/kg with addition of 20- 40 mg of lasix.
