SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, specifically to subcutaneous stoma implants for implantation into wall of abdominal cavity of a patient. Implant comprises a connecting element for attachment of external detachable device thereto and adapted to receive intestinal segment inside to form a stoma. Implant additionally comprises radially extending dermal retainer for fastening to wall of abdominal cavity under and adjacent derma.

EFFECT: dermal retainer comprises radially extending embedded grid.
