SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, herniology. The endoprosthesis is fixed with spiral endoclips along the perimeters of the hernial defect and the endoprosthesis to be repaired. Spiral endoclips are placed at a distance of 3 diameters of clips from the edges of the endoprosthesis and at a distance of 5 diameters from each other along the fixation line.
EFFECT: method improves the reliability of fixation, reduces the risk of recurrence of parastomal hernia, eliminates the likelihood of displacement and detachment of the endoprosthesis from the anterior abdominal wall, prevents the development of implant shear syndrome, and also prevents intestinal loops from getting between the abdominal wall and the endoprosthesis.
