FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to methods of activating NKT-cells of mammalian, and can be used in medicine. Method involves administering a peptide or polypeptide which do not activate NKT-cells, at least one CD1d-binding motif by introduction, replacement and/or deletion of amino acid, where CD1d-binding motif represents [FWTHY]-X2X3-[ILMV]-X5X6-[FWTHY], where X2, X3, X5 and X6 denote any amino acid. Obtained peptide or polypeptide can be used for preventing or treating infections with intracellular organisms, for anticancer therapy or prevention of infections or allergies by vaccination.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce peptide or polypeptide containing artificial sequence capable activate NKT-cells of mammals.
