FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oceanology, hydrophysics, geochemistry and sea ecology and can be used for production of primary material for analyzing suspension, water composition, as well as for analyzing correlation of bottom sediments with pattern of underwater currents and their temporary distribution. Probe for sampling water and bottom sediments is suspended by means of a conducting rope and comprises reservoirs with controlled valves and a sampling tube. Probe is made in the form of acone-shaped container, divided into sections. Each section is equipped with water sampling valve. At the bottom of the container - cone there is a control unit with direction sensor and flow rate sensor, to which the sampling tube for bottom sediments with weight on the top is suspended through a tension sensor at a distance of not less than 5 metres.

EFFECT: providing the possibility to analyze the entire water depth, bottom sediments with obtaining information on the suspension at the moment of analyzing.
