FIELD: equipment and accessories for vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: stud comprises body (1, 1′) retained in anti-slippage stud hole with upper flange (2, 2′) and lower flange (4, 4′) and connecting them by middle part (3, 3′); made narrowed and having external circuit in the form of a double cone or in likeness of a double cone. Besides, there is pin (5, 5′) protruding above stud hole or above tread surface. Middle part (3, 3′) contains upper part (3a, 3′a) above its narrowed which expands in direction of upper flange (2, 2′), and under narrowed part containing lower part (3b, 3′b), which outer contour is made concave rounded and which expands in direction of lower flange (4, 4′). Height of upper part (3a, 3′a) of middle part (3, 3′) ranges from 15 to 48 % of stud housing (1, 1′) height (H). Middle part (3, 3′) lower part (3b, 3′b) outer contour follows circle arc or more arcs of circumference, which radius (r1′, r3′) is from 0.8 to 1.9 mm.
EFFECT: increasing reliability of antiskid stud in tire tread.
