SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automotive industry. Hinge (1, 1’) for fastening in vehicle tire pneumatic tire tenon hole comprises support flange (6, 6'), stud body (2, 2’) from non-metallic resilient material, in particular, of rubber material, and stud (3, 3’) of stud from hard metal. Tenon pin is fixed in insert (4, 4’), located inside stud housing (2, 2') and having support part (4a, 4'a), and projects by end section (3a, 3'a) by body (2, 2’) of the stud. Support part (4a, 4'a) together with surrounding layer (5, 5’) of material of stud body (2, 2') forms said support flange (6, 6’) of stud body (2, 2'). Support flange (6, 6’) has outer contour, which is made symmetrically relative to at least one plane (S1, S2) of symmetry and has two longitudinal sides and two narrow sides. Outer contour of bearing part (4a, 4'a) is geometrically different from that of support flange (6, 6’), so that surrounding layer (5, 5’) on the side of support part (4a, 4'a) matched with the longitudinal side and / or the narrow side has at least one section in which the said surrounding layer is thicker than on the opposite side of support part (4a, 4'a).
