FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a feed-through insulator for electric transformers, distribution boxes, etc. Insulator consists of central connecting rod (10) extending along longitudinal axis (10y), from sleeve (20) coaxial to and surrounding central connecting rod (10) and comprising cylindrical shell (21), radially spaced (D-21) with respect to central connecting rod (10) and comprising internal surface (22), from sensor (30) of electric field and/or of magnetic field, positioned within inner surface (22) of cylindrical shell (21) of sleeve (20), and carrying body (40) formed by dielectric material able to contain and to embed said central connecting rod (10), sleeve (20) and sensor (30) of electrical field and/or of magnetic field, wherein on central connecting rod there is at least one screening element (161, 162/261, 262/361, 362).
EFFECT: invention enables to create an insulator, which allows measurement of electric and/or magnetic fields, created by under voltage conductor in the form of connecting rod.
