FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used as actuating mechanism of control systems of precision instrument-manufacturing, in optical systems, etc. Reinforcing piezoelectric actuator contains linear piezoelectric elements, moving link made in form of a frame with two parallel opposite stiff sides and two convex elastic sides with rigid centres. There are cuts made in the frame forming bending elements at boundaries of stiff and elastic sides of frame with its inner and outer side, as well as at the edges of rigid centres on the outer side of the frame. Four piezoelectric packages of linear piezoelectric elements are installed parallel to each other on a fixed base in the form of a plate with three vertical retainers, oriented in one direction of polarisation and are electrically connected in parallel. First and fourth piezoelectric packages are pressed between the first and the third vertical retainers and the first rigid side of a frame, and the second and third between the second vertical retainer and the second rigid frame side.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of linearity and accuracy of positioning, loading force, reliability and manufacturability.
