SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for making bending piezoelectric actuators. Bending type piezoelectric actuator is an elastic rod with an initial radius of curvature in the longitudinal plane, configured for a controlled piezoelectric change in the shape of its cross section when the control voltage electrodes are connected to its outputs, providing a working stroke – bending of piezoelectric actuator in longitudinal plane, wherein includes belt piezoelectric pressing layer – axial displacements piezo actuator, which is adjacent to the outer surface or built inside the rod and is connected to the rod only by its extended longitudinal curved sides of the outer contour, with possibility of performing controlled stretching/compression of rod cross-section along its width.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity and range of controlled bending deformations.
