FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for controlled release of stoma. Device comprises: opening for stoma; non-pluggable stoma compactor; internal and external connection elements. Wherein internal connection element is attached to retain non-pluggable stoma compactorto retain non-pluggable stoma compactor in working position in relation to opening for stoma. Working position is selected so, that while using first compactor pressure, applied between stoma compactor and stoma, when stoma is at rest, makes no more than approximately 1 pound per square inch (51.7 mm Hg), and second compactor pressure, applied between non-pluggable stoma compactor and stoma, when stoma is in active state, is higher than first pressure, but not higher than approximately 2 pounds per square inch. Wherein external connection unit is located around internal connection unit to support device for controlled release from stoma.
