FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive processing. Abrasive article for grinding a working part containing metal, at the rate of less than 60 m/s, comprises an abrasive base containing a glass binder and microcrystalline aluminium oxide abrasive particles inside the binding material, abrasive base has a modulus of elasticity (MOE) in bending the surface of abrasive particles and binding material boundary, said modulus makes at least 225 GPa.
EFFECT: technical result is upgraded operational characteristics of abrasive articles.
