SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of psychophysiology and psychology of labor activity and can be used to form a complimentary team of leaders according to I. K. Adizes. In individuals, the properties of the nervous system (PNS) are measured according to Ilyin: the strength of the nervous system, the mobility of the processes of excitation and inhibition, “external” and “internal” balances. Individual typological complexes of PNS are formed in the form of their designation by five-unit digital neurodynamic codes (neurocodes). The neurocode of the individual is compared with those given for each of the P, A, E, I-types of the manager according to I. K. Adizes based with the stated formulas. An individual can be included in a particular team if his neurocode completely coincides with one of the neurocodes presented in any of the formulas.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to objectively form complimentary teams of leaders, taking into account the actual tasks and the time aspect of the life cycle of the development and functioning of an organization.
