SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to bioinformatics. Disclosed is a method of preparing an improved nucleic acid-based molecular computing system, including synthesis in an aqueous solution of a version of a molecular computation system, different from inclusion of chemical modification which changes hybridisation energy of nucleic acid molecules in system. Also disclosed is a nucleic acid-based computing system containing chemical modifications in accordance with method disclosed herein.
EFFECT: invention increases probability of desired events of binding nucleic acid molecules in system.
