FIELD: wood working industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to woodwork, in particular, to production of fiberboards. Environmentally safe plate is made of a biodegradable resin composition containing resin based on polylactic acid, a cross-linking agent and wood fibre. Biodegradable resin composition comprises 0.001 parts by weight to 10 parts by weight of the crosslinking agent and 50 parts by weight to 300 parts by weight of the wood fiber based on 100 parts by weight of the polylactic acid resin. Specific gravity of wood fibre is 700 kg/m3 or less. Performed is high-temperature moulding of the composition in the form of a board by heating the said composition and cross-linking the composition forming the board.
EFFECT: improved water resistance and increased strength of plate bending is provided.
