FIELD: radar ranging and radio navigation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar, radio navigation and can be used in radio systems, determining motion parameters of monitored aircraft based on phase measurement method. Technical result is achieved due tot that method of measuring angles in phase multi-scale angular measurement systems comprises receiving a signal from a transmitter, arranged aboard aircraft, on multiple pairs of receiving antennae lying on ground receiving-recording facility, measuring phase difference of arriving signals for every pair of antennae and determining guide cosine of angle of arrival of waves, wherein method includes emitting on-board aircraft two or more scaling frequencies, receiving emitted scale on two pairs of receiving antennae, at a distance corresponding to accurate angle measurement scale, and located perpendicular to each other, measuring phase on all scaling frequencies, converting measured value of phase into a distance value corresponding to delay of arrival of waves on one of antennae at each base, where base is distance between antennae in one pair, disclosing ambiguity of measuring distance using scaling scales, formed by scaling frequencies, successively starting from coarse scale, converting accurate distance into guide cosines of angle of arrival of waves.
EFFECT: fewer antennae used to determine azimuth and elevation angle.
