FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical treatment of water in order to control its acid-base and reductive-oxidative properties for use in medicine, industry, microelectronics, laser technology and agriculture. Apparatus for producing electrically activated water solutions comprises positive and negative charge electrodes arranged coaxially, and a semipermeable slit between them, outer electrode acting as a case has a hollow cylinder shape provided with threaded tips arranged in threaded grooves of supply and discharge pipelines. Electrode arranged inside consists of a rod with outer surface of a multiple-thread helical groove of left-sided direction, semipermeable slit is separated from the outer electrode by lengthwise ribs to form the space between the semipermeable slit and outer electrode, this space is connected to the supply pipeline and is closed for the discharge pipeline. Rod of the inner electrode in the upper part has permanent connection with a cross piece welded to the contact washer and having an electric contact with a terminal, fixed by means of thread in the supply pipeline. Apparatus is equipped with potential switch to change the fed potential to the external terminal, fixed on the outer surface, and to the internal terminal.

EFFECT: increased time of contact of water with electrodes, higher efficiency ratio of the apparatus.
