FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: cascade water electric activator incorporates positive- and negative-charge coaxially-arranged electrodes, a semipermeable membrane arranged there between. Performing function of a body external electrode has a shape of a hollow cylinder with connecting threaded tips mounted in threaded groves of feeding and discharging pipelines. Inner electrode is made as a hollow cylinder with feedthrough holes in a wall, to its inner surface blades in the form of sectors are fixed by cascade and arranged in steps along left-handed helical line. The blades are tilted from the centre towards the hollow cylinder wall. In the central part of inner electrodes the blades are fixed by a rod having spherical roundings at input and output; electric potential supply to inner electrode is made by means of a pin isolated from external electrode by dielectric bushing, electric potential supply to external electrode is made by means of a pin fixed to the electrode wall.
EFFECT: reduction of electric energy consumption.
