FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device for calibration of seats with polymer coating in housing parts. Device includes base part and gage. Base part is made in form of three-staged axis. Base part maximum diameter stage has cylindrical shape and is supporting one, middle diameter stage has cylindrical shape and surface serving for location of mating part by not worn-out bore surface, minimum diameter stage is called shank, has cylindrical shape and is gauge guide. Gauge is made in form of cutting edge and cylinder with three openings adjacent to it. Cutting edge outer part is made conical and is cylindrical cutter rear surface with optimum rear angle, adjacent to it gauge side outer surface has permanent diameter cylindrical shape. Cutting edge inner surface is made conical and is cylindrical cutter front surface with optimum front angle. Middle diameter opening has cylindrical shape and serves for base part location and movement along shank surface. Minimum diameter opening is through, has cylindrical shape, its end serves as base part shank support, and opening itself is to remove gauge from shank in case of distortion and wedging.

EFFECT: technical result achieved when using device according to invention enables to calibrate openings with hardened polymer coating and thus eliminating effect of polymer material shrinking to polymer-coated opening final sizes, eventually, increase openings with polymer coating dimensions accuracy and reduce structural parts recovery costs.
