FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to cardiology. History indicators are determined. Method includes performing x-ray imaging of chest, bicycle exercise and echocardiography. Based on said investigations, determining in points: experience angina; load lifting on staircase, causing chest pain; average frequency of aggravations in year; value of atherosclerosis aortic chest x-ray imaging data; volume of work done in kgm based on bicycle exercise sample; presence of pulmonary hypertension based on by echocardiography; left ventricular ejection fraction based on echocardiography; value of atherosclerosis based on echocardiography; average value of global longitudinal left ventricular strain in crown 2-chamber position according to speckle tracking echocardiography; left ventricular mass index (lvmi) based on echocardiography; type of diastolic dysfunction; average value of systolic longitudinal left ventricular strain at level of basal rear segment according to speckle tracking echocardiography; average value of systolic longitudinal left ventricular strain at level of average posteroseptal segment according to speckle tracking echocardiography. Results are put into a mathematical formula for determination of coronary artery injury (PPKA). If PPKA≤1, absence of coronary artery injury is determined. If PPKA > 1, structural affection of coronary arteries is determined.
EFFECT: method enables more effective diagnosis of coronary artery state, reduces radiation exposure, without cancellation antianginal therapy.
