FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of ceramic articles for radio engineering purposes. Milled is amorphous glass by the wet method to produce an aqueous slip, formed are workpieces in gypsum molds. Then they are repeatedly processed into a slip, articles are moulded and heat-treated in two stages. At the first stage they are heat-treated at the temperature of nucleation by raising the temperature from 600 to 700 °C at a constant speed within the range of 10-20 °C/hour. Then at the second stage thermal treatment is performed at the upper crystallization and sintering temperature of 1,230-1,250 °C with maintaining for 4-7 hours in high-temperature furnaces.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of quality of articles from glass-ceramic of lithium-aluminosilicate composition.
