FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, namely to rail to sleeper fixtures in track upper structure. Back gasket (20) to ensure continuous support for rail has top surface (201) and bottom surface (202). Top surface (201) is made with plurality of spaced apart lengthwise grooves (21). On top surface (201) on each lateral end (204) there is longitudinal seal (23) for protection against water and mud. Seal (23) includes, when viewed from lateral end, arranged in series in said order first longitudinal projection (231), first longitudinal channel (233), second longitudinal projection (232) and second longitudinal channel (234). First projection (231) extends above top surface (201), and first and second channels (233, 234) have in cross-section size (V1, V2), sufficient for, to allow, during use, flow leaked into water along the whole length of said channels. Thickness (T2) of second projection (232) is less than the distance (W) between second channel (234) and adjacent first groove.

EFFECT: possibility of protection against water penetration and dirt, with provision of optimal rail support.
