FIELD: railroad structure, in particular, members of rail fastening. SUBSTANCE: tie plate is made of several layers of flexible materials, at least two layers consisting of rubber and rubberized cord. Upper and lower surfaces of layers have riflings in the form of transverse grooves which may be square, rectangular or trapezoidal in cross-section. Transverse grooves on plate lower surface are interconnected by longitudinal grooves. Plate has ribs on two opposite sides, and stops for fixing in niche of metal pad on the other two sides. Rifling of upper surface may be made in the form of square or rectangular, or cylindrical, or truncated cone projections with spherical heads, or in the form of through holes with combination of longitudinal and transverse grooves. EFFECT: improved design of rail fastening, low residual deformation of tie plate. 6 cl, 6 dwg
