SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmitting and receiving of stereoscopic information. 3D information is transmitted between devices using capacity register (capacity register) MHL. Device for receiving MHL transmits "command SET_INT" immediately after changing 3D information in capacity register, flag 3D_CHG at side of source device MHL installed to "1", and device for receiving MHL notifies source MHL device about 3D information. Source MHL device responds ACK. Source MHL device recognizes that flag 3D_CHG is installed in 1, and transmits "command READ_DEVCAP", wherein information is added of 3D information address of capacity register, to device for obtaining MHL, and reads only 3D information from capacity register. Using super-operation MHL register, 3D information is transmitted between devices and detailed 3D control performed.
EFFECT: technical result is providing effective transmission with high speed of stereoscopic image data between electronic devices.
