FIELD: image forming devices.
SUBSTANCE: solid-state imaging device includes a plurality of pixels, including a photoelectric conversion assembly, a first holding portion holding charges carried from the photoelectric conversion assembly, a second holding portion retaining charges carried from the first holding portion and an amplifying assembly outputting the charge based on charges in the second holding portion. Photoelectric conversion assembly includes a first conductivity type semiconductor region, a second semiconductor region of a second conductivity type, a third semiconductor region of a first conductivity type thereunder and a fourth semiconductor region of a second conductivity type thereunder. First holding portion includes a fifth semiconductor region of a second conductivity type and a sixth semiconductor region of a first conductivity type therein at a depth of providing a third semiconductor region, and wherein the semiconductor region having a lower potential than each of the third semiconductor region and the sixth semiconductor region is provided between the third and sixth semiconductor regions.
EFFECT: invention discloses a solid-state imaging device, an imaging system and a movable object.
