FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a pixel array in which pixels for outputting an analogue signal are arranged into an array, vertical output lines, each connected to pixels in one column, analogue-to-digital conversion modules which are separately connected to the vertical output lines in order to convert a signal from analogue to digital, and a stabilised current source module for supplying the analogue-to-digital conversion modules with stable current. Each analogue-to-digital conversion module includes a stabilised current integrating module, a comparator module for comparing the integrated stabilised current with the analogue signal and outputting the comparison signal and a digital signal storage for storing the digital signal which corresponds to the comparison signal. The integration module includes an input capacitor for receiving stabilised current. The comparator module is connected to the stabilised current source module through the input capacitor.
EFFECT: fewer circuit components of the image capturing device and low power consumption.
