FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to determination of concentration of analyte in a biological fluid based on obtained relationships of current with time. Method of determining concentration of analyte in a physiological fluid involves placing a reagent for reaction with analyte in physiological fluid between a first electrode and a second electrode, application of physiological fluid on reagent, transformation of analyte in physiological fluid and excitation of transient current from each of first and second electrodes, determination of peak transient current for each of first and second electrodes, measuring transient current at specified temporal offset from peak of each transient current from each of first and second electrodes, wherein temporal offset for first electrode has a first offset in time from peak of transient current of first electrode, and temporal offset from peak of transient current of second electrode comprises a second offset in time, different from first offset in time, and calculation of concentration of analyte based on measured values of current of first and second electrodes at measurement step. Invention also discloses an additional version of said method and a system for determining analyte concentration in physiological fluid.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of analysis.
