Character of invention is the fact that the method of determining analyte concentratin in a fluid sample using a biosensor having at least two electrodes and a reagent deposited on at least one of the electrodes is comprising: a deposition of fluid sample at any one of at least two electrodes to start sequence of analyte test; supplying of the first signal to a sample to measure or assess the physical characteristics of this sample; extrution of tilt value for the party for a biosensor based on measured or estimated physical characteristics; transmitting the second signal to a sample; measuring the output signal from at least one of at least two electrodes; and calculating analyte concentration based on the measured output signal and extructed tilt for the partybased on measured or estimated sample physical characteristic.

EFFECT: invention provides possibility of reducing testing time and improved accuracy of results.
