FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of determining the analyte concentration in liquid sample using a biosensor having, at least, two electrodes and a reagent situated on one of the electrodes that comprises applying the liquid sample to the electrode, application of signal to the sample to determine physical characteristic of the sample; supplying the second signal to the sample, causing physical transformation of the sample; measuring the output signal from the sample; producing an estimated analyte concentration in one of the many pre-defined points in time; generating the first parametric factor of the biosensor based on physical characteristic of the sample; calculating the first analyte concentration based on the first parametric factor of the biosensor and an output signal measured at one of the many pre-defined points in time from the beginning of the test sequence; generating the second parametric factor of the biosensor based on the estimated analyte concentration and physical characteristic of the sample; calculating the second analyte concentration based on the second parametric factor of the biosensor and a single output signal, generating the third parametric factor of the biosensor based on the first analyte concentration and physical characteristic; calculating the third analyte concentration based on the third parametric factor of the biosensor and an output signal, a message to, at least, one of the first, the second, and the third analyte concentrations.
EFFECT: various embodiments for the method allowing to determine more accuratly the analyte concentration by means of the biosensor.
