SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. A method for obtaining phosphorylated hyaluronic acid for cosmetic purposes is described. The method includes solid-phase mechanochemical synthesis of a phosphoric ester of a phosphoric acid residue with hyaluronic acid, the reaction of hyaluronic acid and sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate at a mass ratio of 1:0.015-0.030, carried out in a mechanochemical reactor having a loading zone for mixture homogenization and two reaction zones, in the following sequence: loading dry powder of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid and dry powder of sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, respectively, into the feed zone of the mechanochemical reactor and homogenization by stirring in this zone for 2-3 minutes at 5-10°C; further sequential automatic movement of the homogenized mixture to the second and third zones of mechanochemical treatment, where mechanochemical treatment is carried out with simultaneous pressure in the range of 200-300 MPa and shear deformation on cam mechanisms with a total shear angle of 180° for 1-2 minutes in a nitrogen flow at temperature in the second mechanochemical zone 70-80°C, in the third mechanochemical zone 5-7°C.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of means for obtaining phosphorylated hyaluronic acid compounds.
