FIELD: cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to an injection composition for intradermal injection into the skin to reduce appearance of skin surface defects for at least 3 months after introduction. Said composition contains a hyaluronic acid gel (HA) comprising a cross-linked GK matrix obtained by cross-linking HA material using a cross-linking agent selected from 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether, 1,2-bis(2,3-epoxypropoxy)ethylene and 1-(2,3-epoxypropyl)-2,3-epoxycyclohexane, wherein the HA material contains at least 50 wt % (or at least 70 wt %, or at least 90 wt %) of low-molecular weight HA with average weight molecular weight 400000–800000 Da and the balance is high molecular weight HA, wherein the concentration of HA in composition is 10.0–12 mg/g. Also disclosed are a method and use of said composition for improving texture, degree of moistening and/or elasticity of skin, providing for multiple spatially spaced injections of the composition into the skin area in a single procedure.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a composition based on HA, easily injected through a thin needle and having a long-lasting effect.
