SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and is a method of producing an injectable hydrogel based on crosslinked hyaluronic acid or one of its salts and lidocaine, which includes the following successive steps: preparing a gel based on crosslinked hyaluronic acid or one of its salts; adding lidocaine hydrochloride in powder form to said gel and then mixing; adjusting the pH by adding an alkaline agent to the resulting mixture and homogenising, followed by heat sterilisation of the hydrogel. Invention also presents a sterile injectable hydrogel based on hyaluronic acid or one of its salts, lidocaine hydrochloride and alkaline agent obtained by the disclosed methods and having flow properties equivalent to the flow properties of the same hydrogel without lidocaine hydrochloride.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides hyaluronic acid concentration and flow properties G' and G” of said gel containing lidocaine hydrochloride, equivalent to the concentration and properties of the same gel without lidocaine hydrochloride.
