SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to method of early diagnostics of angiopathy in metabolic syndrome. Early diagnostic technique for angiopathy in metabolic syndrome includes determination of body weight index (BWI), peripheral venous blood triglycerides and N-terminal fragment of brain natriuretic peptide (Nt-pro-BNP) and, if observing content of Nt-pro-BNP more than 500 fmole/ml, triglycerides more than 3.0 mmole/l and BWI is more than 35 kg/m2 metabolic syndrome, including angiopathy, is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method, described above, enables to generate risk group of type II diabetes mellitus, atherosclerosis, hypertension, angina and cardiovascular insufficiency for prophylaxy, as well as determination of efficiency of therapeutic measures.
