METHOD FOR DETECTING OF BLOOD PRODUCTS PARACOAGULATION Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC G01N33/50

Abstract RU 2605374 C9

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to hemocoagulation, and concerns method of detecting products of paracoagulation. Method of detecting products of paracoagulation involving blood sampling, its stabilization with 3.8 % sodium citrate, separation of plasma from blood corpuscles and detection of mass of produced clot, wherein plasma is separated at 1 ml per control and test samples, 0.1 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution is added to control sample, 0.1 ml of 0.03–0.09 % sodium hypochlorite solution is added to test samples, samples are incubated for 30 min at room temperature, each sample is examined for fibrinogen concentration by Rutberg method with subsequent calculation of difference of concentration of test sample with maximum value and control sample, positive value of which 0.25 g/l and higher indicates presence of paracoagulation products in plasma.

EFFECT: proposed method allows without preliminary testing of commercial preparations detecting paracoagulation products in patient's plasma with coagulopathy, thereby improving quality and availability of diagnostics of ICE syndrome, as well as reducing material and labor costs owing to use minimum set of laboratory equipment and reagents.
