FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: blood plasma is analysed for concentration of fibrinogen and soluble fibrin-monomer complexes, express in relative units. Integral index of microthrombus formation substrate potential (IIMFSP) characterising microthrombus substratum level is calculated by formula: IIMFSP=K1+K2, where K1 is ratio of patient's fibrinogen concentration value to average arithmetic of similar index calculated for healthy people, K2 - ratio of patient's soluble fibrin-monomer complexes content to upper limit value of index standard value. If IIMFSP value is 2.6 units and more microthrombus formation substrate potential is considered to be increased.
EFFECT: increase of diagnostics accuracy of potential microthrombus formation associated with burn disease.
