FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: recombinant strain of Escherichia coli VKPM B-12683, a producer of GH12 family xyloglucanase encoded by the AsCeGH12b (SEQ ID NO 1) gene cloned from Aspergillus cervinus VKPM F-612 is proposed. The strain of Escherichia coli VKPM B-12683 was obtained by Escherichia coli BL21-CODONPLUS (DE3)-R1PL strain transformation with pET-AsCeGH12b (SEQ ID NO 3) plasmid. A method for microbial synthesis of GH12 family xyloglucanase encoded by the AsCeGH12b gene cloned from Aspergillus cervinus VKPM F-612 by Escherichia coli VKPM B-12683 strain culturing under aerobic conditions in a suitable nutrient medium to maximize the accumulation of the desired product is proposed.

EFFECT: high level of target product biosynthesis.
