FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for grinding, polishing and hardening of parts surface layer. Vibration machine comprises container, fixed on platform with vibrator and resilient installed on base. Insert in form of helical drum is mounted inside container and rigidly attached to its inner walls, mounted from sections assembled from two identical subsections, made of identical isosceles triangles even number, alternatively connected along subsection perimeter with four identical equilateral triangles with formation of small and large end holes in form of polygons. Two subsections are connected to each other by sides with end large holes. Sections are connected to each other along helical drum length by sides with small end holes with formation of multithread helical surface with broken screw lines. Throughout its helical drum length is truncated in upper part along line, parallel to drum axis of symmetry, for not more than one fourth of its part.

EFFECT: result is expansion of machine process performances and higher processing intensity.
