FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and may be applicable for the treatment of patients with prostate cancer with lymphogenous progression after previous radical treatment. If single metastases are revealed in the pelvic lymph nodes and no other distant metastases are found in the bones of the skeleton, internal organs and lymph nodes of other localizations, as well as local tumour recurrence, the patient is given saving pelvic and retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy. Allow access - the lower median laparotomy. Gradually dissect the parietal peritoneum, displacing the intestinal loops cranially. Dissect the parietal peritoneum above the iliac vessels to the right and left, along the transitional fold of the peritoneum, providing access to the vessels and tissue of the pelvis. Cut through the peritoneum along the Told line of the right lateral canal. Allow access to the retroperitoneal space, to the inferior vena cava and the interaortocaval gap. Dissect the parietal peritoneum of the left lateral canal, providing anatomically convenient access to the aorta. Perform removal of lymphogenous metastases, as well as cellulose with lymph nodes from residual areas where lymphogenous metastases were not detected.
EFFECT: method enables to reduce a risk of recurrence.
