SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Power plant combined-cycle plant comprises gas-turbine plant consisting of gas turbine, turbo compressor, combustion chamber and electric generator, waste heat boiler, steam turbine plant, consisting of steam turbine with condenser, electric generator and feedwater pump, circulation water supply system, including circulation pump, pressure pipeline to steam turbine condenser, drain pressure pipeline to cooling tower consisting of stack and water-collecting pool, annular channel located on gas turbine plant combustion chamber outer side, pipeline connecting external annular channel with water steam spent in steam turbine high pressure cylinder take-off branch pipe, pipeline connecting annular channel with steam supply into steam turbine low pressure cylinder branch pipe.
EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of power plant combined-cycle plant by increasing water steam dryness degree and disposable head in steam turbine low-pressure part and reduction of compression operation in turbine compressor due to supply of additional heat to steam in annular channel located on gas turbine plant combustion chamber outer side.
