SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used at thermal power stations. The said combined cycle gas turbine unit for an electrical power plant contains a gas turbine installation, which consists of a gas turbine, turbo compressor, combustion chamber and an electric generator, exhaust heat boiler, steam turbine installation, consisting of a steam turbine with a condenser, electric generator and a feed pump, exhaust gas waste heat exchanger, equipped with a condensate collector with a hydraulic lock, water treatment system, containing a decabonator, circulation water supply system, comprising a circulating pump, pressure pipe to the steam turbine condenser, pressure pipe to the exhaust gas waste heat exchanger and an exhaust pressure pipe to a cooler, consisting of a stack and storage basin, a pipe, joining the air outlet pipe from the decabonator with the sucking duct of the turbo compressor.

EFFECT: invention increases cost effectiveness and specific power of combined cycle gas turbine unit for an electrical power plant by reducing compression work in the turbo compressor and increasing heat drop in the gas turbine due to improvement of thermal-physical properties of the working medium in the turbo compressor and in the gas turbine.
