FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used to monitor the occurrence of unacceptable vibration of the hydraulic unit due to hydrodynamic pulsations, and also can be applied in information-diagnostic systems of automatic diagnostics and monitoring of hydraulic units. According to the method, monitoring of occurrence of unacceptable vibration of the hydraulic unit due to hydrodynamic pulsations with respect to the spectral power in a given frequency range is performed by measuring the vibration, determining the amplitude-frequency spectrum of vibration, evaluating the amplitude of informative frequency components of the spectrum, by which the parameters determining the occurrence of unacceptable vibration are judged. Vibration is measured at points outside the hydraulic unit, a frequency band is set, calculated from the values of the rotational frequency of the hydraulic unit, values of the vibration power of the measured vibrations in this frequency band in a sliding time window determined from the value of the rotational frequency of the hydraulic unit are calculated, power values are compared with the value of the permissible vibration determined in advance when setting the monitoring, and when the measured power values are exceeded in more than three time windows, the occurrence of unacceptable vibration is judged.
EFFECT: increase in reliability of vibration diagnostics of operation and safety of hydraulic unit.
