SUBSTANCE: high-frequency resonator includes cylindrical cavity from dielectric material. Cavity inner side has electrically conducting coating, which is divided in circumferential direction by electrically insulating gap passing along cavity side surface perimeter on first inner coating and second inner coating. Cavity external side has electrically conductive first outer coating and electrically conductive second outer coating. First outer cover and second outer coating are electrically insulated from each other. High-frequency resonator includes device, which is provided to apply high-frequency electric voltage between first outer coating and second outer coating.
EFFECT: simplified resonator manufacturing process.
