FIELD: technology of making; physics.
SUBSTANCE: high-frequency resonator has cylindrical cavity from dielectric material. Cavity includes first cylindrical section, second cylindrical section and dielectric ring connecting first and second sections. First cylindrical section inner side has first electrically conductive inner coating, and second cylindrical section inner side has second electrically conductive inner coating. Between first cylindrical section and dielectric ring first electrically conductive closed coating is arranged, and between second cylindrical section and dielectric ring second electrically conductive closed coating is arranged. First closed coating is connected to first inner coating in conducting manner, and second closed coating is connected to the second internal coating in conducting manner. HF resonator includes device provided for, application of high-frequency voltage between first closed coating and second closed coating.
EFFECT: simplified resonator manufacturing process.
