FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to HF generator. To this end the above generator comprises the first solid-state switch and the second solid-state switch, at that each of solid-state switches has the first and second output pins and is designed to commutate high-frequency current between the first and second output pins. Besides, HF generator comprises coaxial line with the first conductor and second conductor. At that the first conductor in longitudinal direction of coaxial line has the first section and second section following each other and separated by interruption spot. The first output pin of the first solid-state switch is connected to the second conductor in conductive way, and the second output pin of the first solid-state switch connected to the first section in conductive way. Besides, the first output pin of the second solid-state switch is connected to the first section in conductive way, and the second output pin of the second solid-state switch connected to the second section in conductive way.
EFFECT: absence of requirement to double impedance conversion.
