SUBSTANCE: inventions relates to geophysics and intended for formation angle of incidence quick assessment. Control device measures communication parameters between transmitting and receiving antennae, wherein, at least one of these communication parameters is measured as function of depth and azimuthal angle. Control device also determines whether surrounding formation is anisotropic and non-uniform, at least partially based on at least one of communication parameters, and if it is, then retrieves angle of incidence from individual derivative by depth and communication parameter or parameters artificial angle of incidence.
